Short version: this site collects almost nothing. There are no accounts here, no cookies set by us, and no advertising trackers. One cookieless analytics script counts page views; it does not identify you or follow you across sites. The signup form is the only place to share details with us, and what happens to them depends on how that form is currently connected.
What this notice covers
It covers the public website at agoro.io only. The Agoro tracking workspace is a separate product in development with no public accounts. Before account-based access opens, this page will name the operating entity and publish a service privacy notice covering account data, tracked catalog data, storage, retention and deletion.
Browsing the site
As with any website, requests to view pages reach our hosting providers. Beyond that, this site collects very little directly:
- One analytics script, described below. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no social plugins.
- No cookies set by this site, and no fingerprinting.
- No profiling, and no cross-site tracking.
Fonts, product images and other assets are served with the site itself. The analytics script is the one asset loaded from another host.
Analytics
The site loads a script from analytics.soundveil.app, which runs Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It records a page view with the page address, the referring site, and general device information such as browser, operating system, screen size and country. We use those counts to see which pages are useful; they are not used for advertising or profiling, and they are not sold or shared.
The site works without it. If a content blocker stops the script, nothing about the site changes for you.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Railway and delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting platforms, they may process request logs that include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use those logs, if at all, only to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. Retention follows the providers’ default settings, and neither provider is used to advertise to you or build profiles about you.
The signup form
The form is not currently connected to a recipient. Entries are not submitted, saved by this site, or added to any list. Your browser may remember fields through its own autofill settings.
How long details are kept
Details shared through the form are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up conversation. Server logs are covered in the hosting section above.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask what details we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete them. Because this site holds so little, these requests are usually quick to handle. When the signup form is open, it is the way to reach us.
If you are in the EU or UK you can also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to ask for its deletion. This notice is written so that asking us directly answers both.
Before the product launches
This notice describes the website only. Before Agoro opens accounts or paid enrollment, this page will name the operating entity, describe the personal data an account involves, such as your email address and the catalog data you choose to track, list the service providers involved, and explain how long data is kept and how deletion works.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice as the site changes, and the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
